Shipping Options

For the delivery of your order, you can choose from the following options:

🚚 DPD – Delivery to Your Address
Your order will be conveniently delivered by a DPD courier to the address of your choice.

📦 DPD – Delivery to a Pickup Point
Have your order delivered to a selected DPD pickup point or parcel locker and collect it at a time that suits you.

🏠 In-Store Pickup
You can collect your order in person at our Krásy Orientu store, Spálená 23, Prague 1 – Nové Město.

Opening Hours: Monday–Sunday, 11:00–19:00

Payment Methods

Choose the payment method that suits you best:

💳 Online Card Payment
Card payments are processed immediately, allowing us to prepare your order for dispatch as soon as possible. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron and Maestro.

For secure online payments, we support 3D Secure.

🏦 Bank Transfer
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will send the payment details to your e-mail after processing your order. Please always use your order number as the payment reference.

Your order will be prepared for dispatch once the payment has been credited to our account. If we do not receive your payment within 3 business days, the order may be cancelled.
