Instructions for lamps and chandeliers
General Safety Instructions
- This product is intended as a decorative and design element and not as a primary source of lighting (applies to mosaic lamps only).
- This product is intended exclusively for indoor use.
- The lamps are not toys. Never leave a child alone with the product.
- Always use under adult supervision. Do not leave the lamp switched on throughout the night.
- Read the instructions for use carefully before using the product.
Installation and repairs may only be carried out by a person with the appropriate electrical qualifications and certification.
Warning! During installation or any work on the lamp (installation, cleaning, maintenance, etc.), or if a fault is detected, the power cable must always be disconnected from the socket. In the case of a direct electrical connection, the corresponding circuit breaker must be switched off.
Please observe the safety instructions below to prevent improper installation or use.
Modifications
Do not make any modifications to the lamp or its power cable. Do not attempt to repair the product yourself. Any warranty claim may be rejected if the product has been repaired or modified by the customer.
Power Cable
The cable cannot be replaced. If it is damaged, inform the seller and discontinue use of the product.
Putting the Lamp into Operation
Do not use the lamp if the lamp itself or its power cable shows any signs of damage.
Replacement of the Light Source
The light source may only be replaced by the seller.
Maximum Wattage of the Light Source
The maximum permitted wattage must not be exceeded, and the specified type of light source must always be used.
The relevant specifications are indicated on each individual lamp.
Maintenance Instructions
The lamp may only be cleaned when switched off and disconnected from the power supply. For polishing, use a small amount of mild dishwashing detergent and wipe dry with a soft cloth.
No moisture must enter the area around the power cable or any live electrical components. Using unsuitable cleaning products may cause stains or damage to the surface.
Never cover the lamp.
Warning
If any of the following situations occur, unplug the lamp from the power supply immediately and do not use it. Seek professional assistance if necessary:
- The electrical socket or connecting cable is defective.
- The lamp cover or its connection is damaged.
- The lamp is exposed to moisture or rain.
- Smoke or sparks are coming from the lamp.
- The light source is flashing abnormally or is cracked.
Warranty period: 24 months
Not intended for children aged 0–12 years.
